I'll be in Kansas this Thanksgiving, where I'll be hunting pheasants and chukars. This won't be our actual Thanksgiving dinner, but we will eat them at some point, possibly for Christmas dinner. Just being out on the high plains in November is an experience nobody can forget, and the hunting is always good in Kansas (although wild birds move obscenely fast!).
